guns and roses snippet #1

the story, out of the blue, is the transformation of a simple guy who used to have files and water bottle in his hands to a broken but liberated guy who has a gun and a beer bottle in his hands. walking on the lonesome roads alone.

if their is a scene of both in the same car together, after he has left her, and they are driving to some place, he suddenly looks at her. he keeps looking. she avoids looking at her. and he dreams what it would be like to drive the car into the bottom of the valley. about the cliche "if we can't be together alive, better be together by death." but he keeps driving. because he is not sure if death reunites.

a one paragraph big summary

the writer at the snowflake method writes that the book consists of three major events and an ending event.
that means first we have to count down the major milestone disasters to 3 which will ultimately result in the ending scenario.

but in this novel, there are actually five of them
we begin with a disaster: his wife leaves him. disaster 0.

disaster 1: their child dies.
wife is gone. the whole reason behind her leaving. only mentioning suyash gupta somewhere. the story of her marriage. no news of her new life. to the point that he is now determined to kick ass.

Disaster 2: he reaches the city.
story of his travel, his meet with the sage and the goons, he kills the driver, he drives the train.
and finally he is in the city.

Disaster 3: the plot of the death of the kid is revealed. suyash was the culprit.
the image that was built of him, of a romantic chum, is broken.

disaster 4: shubham kills suyash. arpita kills shubham. the end.

summary:
there was this girl named arpita. there was this guy named suyash. they were in a relationship in school. he wasn't serious with his life. he wasn't going anywhere. and she had big dreams. she wanted to go to a big city, live big, away from her strict parents. she wanted to breath free. and she could pay all the costs involved.
she ends up marrying shubham. a neighbour geek who made it big in a big city. atleast she was out. living her life. but wings don't ensure flight. she had a marriage life that sucked. shubham didn't change. he only grew more detached from her because he came to know why she married him. they had a kid. but one day, he died on the railway track.
within a couple of months, arpita is now suicidal and is consistently hurting herself. she is toying with really destructive ideas. she needs a release. her long forgotten lover, suyash, surfaces in her life. now, she is gone. she writes a letter, and she is gone. and shubham is now all alone.
             here our story starts.
he goes to the place where they are living. they never expected him to come all the way there. but he is now a badass who wants to take revenge. he takes revenge by ultimately killing suyash and himself and left her so much of the money that nobody knew he had as he had inherited this from his uncle.
in the end, it becomes clear that it was suyash's plan, to kill the child and create mayhem. but there were some things he didn't do write and shubham came to know about them.

the initiation.

I have been at the consumer side of the chain. I consume good novels, good music, good startups. Now is the time to be on the producer side of the business.
Hence, A Gun And A Sufi Song.

My present idea about the story.

Its a well written drama revolving around the life of a guy and how the surroundings change him from being the consumer of the surrounding to the producer of the surrounding.

He was a regular guy, a boring dude in his early thirties with a  dead end corporate job. he was stuck, and he knew it, and he knew there is something more to him and just this. but he did not know whether he is going to know that something ever in his life.

and then his wife, his school sweetheart, leaves him for another guy, and his idea about life and the place of happiness in it is shattered.

And now is the time to pay back. for everything that he blamed himself for. now is the time to kick some ass.

the goal is to write a novel. the deadline is 28th april 2016. the time starts now.
